Looking to host a day or full weekend retreat?

Hire our boutique studio space in the heart of South Devon.

This space offers a unique experience that will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests

Available around our regular classes for wellness or creative events, shoots, trainings and retreats.

At Gather, we believe in holistic and creative ways to support well-being. Yoga, Pilates and Qigong are at the heart of what we offer, and our carefully designed studio is a spacious, natural, light-filled sanctuary surrounded by the South Devon countryside.

The studio is available for hire (subject to availability around our regular classes) weekdays from 8:00am–10pm, as well as all weekends


Please note that we do not hire the space for weekly classes, as all regular classes are run in-house as part of the studio programme.

What’s included?

  • 62 m2 of movement space for up to 13 people in spacious traditional and side set up, plus teacher and 11 in starburst formation. or 15 for reduced movement activities like sound baths.

  • 13 x high-quality rubber Yoga Matters mats, 15 bolsters, 15 cotton blankets, 13 eye pillows, 13 straps, 30 cork blocks and 15 vegan sheepskins.

  • Large kitchen - heating facility, fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, crockery and cutlery for 13.

  • Plenty of onsite parking.

  • Peaceful wild garden for a break-out space

How to book and rates

  2. If you need accommodation, visit our Partners page and check availability with them first.

  3. Book and pay for studio hire to secure you dates.

  4. If you need catering services go to our Partners page for a curated list of the locals finest chefs/caterers.

2026 Hire Fees

  • Weekend 2 hours: £90

  • Weekend Half Day (4 hours): £160

  • Saturday or Sunday Full Day (8 hours): £250

  • Full Weekend (Sat + Sun): £495 all hours

  • Weekday hourly rate: £25 (2-hour minimum)

    Add ons:

  • Use on Friday evening after 7 pm £25

  • 1 bag of logs and lighting material £10

Cancellation Policy

Full payment secures your booking.

No refunds after booking payment - if you would like to reschedule, please contact at hello@gather-longlands.com

Bookings cannot be altered less than 4 weeks before your booked date - the whole amount will be forfeited.

Studio must be left clean and all props as you found them, or you will be invoiced for £50 cleaning charge

You may access the studio from the start time of your booking and must leave at the end of your booking time.

The key must be returned to the key box at the end of every session/day.
